Inspire is a 306 unit multifamily Class-A apartment community with approximately 5,400 sf of frontage retail space that broke ground February 2016. The project is developed on a 10.3 acre site, located at the corner of Buffalo Dr. and Peak Dr. in Las Vegas, Nevada and has easy access to Interstate 95 via W. Cheyenne Ave. to the North or W. Lake Mead Blvd. to the south. The site is located within the las Vegas Technology Center, a 72 acre mixed use business park that upon completion will have close to 1 million square feet of mixed-use product. The immediate area provides, primarily along the W. Lake Mead Blvd. area provides an abundance of retail space sufficient to satisfy typical consumer demands.

There are four buildings, two four story and two two story with enclosed air conditioned hallways and elevators.
