Elevate is a 165 unit multi-family Class-A apartment community that was completed in 2016.  The project is on a 8.96 acre site and consists of two three-story buildings with enclosed air conditioned hallways and elevators and ten garden-style buildings with direct access garages.

Elevate is conveniently located at the intersection of Paseo Verde Parkway and S. Gibson Rd. in Henderson, Nevada, within a mile of the I-215 beltway and I-515. The site is 4miles east from the Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spas and The District, which provides a vibrant and diverse mix of shopping, dining, entertainment, residences and office space – all set in an urban environment, with a beautiful central park.

Another feature of the area is the Armagosa Trail system that runs along the side to the project. This is an approximately 6-mile long paved and un-paved trail operated by the City of Henderson parks and recreation. Tenants of the property have direct access to the trail from the site.
