Alan Molasky was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Over the past three decades he has been actively involved in a wide range of real estate development in Las Vegas and California ranging from warehouse distribution facilities to single family, multi-family and ultra high-end condominiums and specializing in Design.
In conjunction with his father, Irwin Molasky, Mr. Molasky has been directly involved and responsible for many of the real estate projects developed and owned by the family development company, The Molasky Group of Companies. Molasky has managed Pacific Properties and Development Corporation, Pacific Homes, Ovation Property Management and Winterwood Land Development Corp.
Under his stewardship, these companies have been responsible for more than 3,000 single-family homes, 5,000 apartment units, as well as the development of the award-winning Pacific Industrial Park and the Best in the West power center.
As a Las Vegas native, Molasky is very active in the community and donates regularly to several local organizations and non profits. He attended colleges in California and Vermont.
Since joining Ovation in 2018, Mr. Lawrence has overseen the pre-development, construction and purchasing efforts for the company. During this period, the company has had tremendous growth in all aspects of the development cycle, including delivering over 1,600 units and seven projects, while averaging 5 active construction projects. On the acquisition side, the company has acquired 9 new development sites for over 65 acres in Las Vegas. Prior to Joining Ovation, Mr. Lawrence worked with various lenders, investment banking companies and property owners completing and managing failed condominium projects, apartments, residential subdivisions and commercial projects throughout the southwest. In addition to that market segment, Mr. Lawrence is working on repositioning new assets, due diligence on future projects and new development. Areas of responsibility include construction oversight, budget creation, bond close out, association and property management and asset management. Additionally, on the government affairs side Mr. Lawrence routinely makes presentations to various City and County Building Departments and County and City Council meetings. Prior to this, Mr. Lawrence was directly responsible for all aspects of the condominium development projects and condominium conversion projects for Pacific Properties/ Molasky Pacific.
With more than 20 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, as well as, a Project Manager, Mark has assisted with opening multiple strip properties, such as Planet Hollywood, the Paris Hotel & Casino, the Augustus Tower and the Colosseum at Caesars. Additional work experience includes renovation work at the Las Vegas Hilton, the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino and the Aquarius Resort in Laughlin.
Prior to joining Ovation Development Corporation, he worked for Stratosphere Development, the Colorado River Marina, and Harris Associates. His ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting every challenging deadline, and manage critical issues while working on multiple projects is an invaluable asset to the Ovation Development team. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International management from Westminster College in Salt Lake City.
Reinier Santana joined Ovation in 2005 as chief financial officer. In 2013 he was named president and assumed supervision of the development and property management divisions as well as overall company operations.
In the development arena Mr. Santana manages complex investment analyses, including valuation, transaction structuring, and market analysis for new projects as well as acquisitions and liquidations. In addition, he leads the preparation of requests for proposals, investment memoranda and business plans to secure investor capital, bank financing and other forms of project capitalization. He also oversees the management of the company’s extensive real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining Ovation, Mr. Santana worked as a vp/financial analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group of First National Bank of Nevada. There he gained a thorough knowledge of financial structuring of public and private enterprises, underwriting over $750 million in loans for various real estate projects.
Mr. Santana holds a bachelor of science degree in managerial finance with a minor in accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Charity Cage is originally from Pacific Beach, California and has called the Las Vegas area home since 2009.
Charity has more than 20 years of experience in accounting.
Her experience includes public, corporate, and governmental accounting. Her experience includes assisting multiple companies through their initial public offerings (IPO’s), transitioning entities to become payment card industry compliant (PCI Compliant), and most recently, overseeing the day to day operations as Controller of the over 100 entities that make up Ovation Development.
Charity holds her Master’s Degree in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant, and has her CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) designation.
Armen Hadjimanoukian demonstrates a strong passion for the real estate industry and the growth of our cities as a whole. While studying Economics and Urban Planning at the University of California at Los Angeles, he strove to be a community leader with involvement on the Westwood Neighborhood Council and UCLA’s on-campus student government. Prior to working at Ovation Development, Armen acted as an analyst on $300M+ of arranged debt at Newmark Realty Capital, a commercial mortgage banking firm in Los Angeles. These deals touched each asset class. Mr. Hadjimanoukian holds a California Salesperson License.
At Ovation Development, Armen acts as the pre-development project manager coordinating a pipeline of nearly 1,500 multifamily units in Las Vegas. He is involved with maintaining company design standards, coordination amongst consultants and forward planning.
Lorri Murphy has more than 35 years experience in accounting, finance and risk management in real estate property management.
This includes 22 years at Ovation Development where she supervises all phases of accounting and budgeting for corporations and their affiliates.
She has also coordinated more than 35 loan closings totaling in excess of $600 million. Ms. Murphy has lead Ovation Development’s efforts to develop affordable housing projects funded by low income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and other local and federal funding sources.
Prior to joining Ovation, Lorri spent 12 years with a major commercial developer and property management company, where she held various accounting and finance positions.
Lorri holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
Brandy Curry is originally from Pomona, California and has called the Las Vegas area home since 1999. Brandy has more than 20 years of experience in accounting. Her experience includes assisting multiple companies with finance services such as accounting, treasury, reporting, budgeting and insurance management, in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies and strategies.
Brandy holds her master’s degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
