Aspire is a 271 unit multi-family Class-A apartment community that was completed in 2016. The project is on a 9.27 acre site and consist of two three-story buildings, located on Tropicana Avenue and the on/off-ramp of the I-215 Beltway in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The subject site is conveniently located in the Southwest part of the Las Vegas valley and the corridor offers an abundance of retail shopping and restaurants. The Southwest part of the valley continues to be one of the fastest growing markets in Las Vegas. Red Rock Casino and Downtown Summerlin are a short 5-minute drive northwest of the site. Downtown Summerlin is a 106-acre, 1.6 million square feet open-air mixed-use project.

To the west of the subject site, about 15-minutes is scenic Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

To the east of the subject site are two high end luxury communities, Spanish Hills and Spanish Trails. Spanish Hills, is one of the most luxurious Guard Gated Communities in Las Vegas. The development spans over 100 acres and the homes are in excess of 5,400 square feet of living space. Homeowners include some of the most famous celebrities who reside in Las Vegas. Spanish Trails, Originally developed in the 1980s, it is now one of the most well-known guard gated communities in Las Vegas. Designed around a private 27-hole golf course, spanning over 640 acres, this community is divided into 11 neighborhoods and has over 1,200 homes.
