Alan Molasky
Alan Molasky is a prolific real estate developer, renowned philanthropist, native Las Vegan and CEO of Ovation Development Corporation, which he founded in 1984.
Under his leadership, Ovation Development has earned a reputation as the region’s leading designer and developer of both market-rate and affordable multi-family housing projects. The company has designed and built 33 multi-family communities throughout the Las Vegas metropolitan area valued in excess of $1 billion and encompassing 8,340 units. Today, Ovation is easily considered one of the state’s largest and leading developers of affordable housing with 13 projects totaling more than 1,900 units – with more under development.
Foreseeing a need for a concerted private/public plan to address Southern Nevada’s growing shortage of housing options for working families, and specifically, the increasing number of low-income seniors who are living on fixed incomes, Molasky committed a portion of Ovation Development resources toward designing and building affordable housing to a high standard of quality similar to market-rate housing projects, complete with recreational amenities and resident service components.

Reinier Santana
Reinier Santana joined Ovation in 2005 as chief financial officer. In 2013 he was named president and assumed supervision of the development and property management divisions as well as overall company operations.
